At the Church of the Living God we place a high value on being connected with one another. Desiring to follow Christ while living in this very real world is not easy, and we are convinced that it is better to be connected than to be isolated. Our own personal trials, though challenging, are not unique, and when we begin to share our lives with a few trusted friends the journey seems lighter.

We encourage participation in small groups as a way of life. The pastoral staff is eager to offer help to those who wish to join a small group, as well as encouragement and guidance for those who want to host one.

Some of our groups are using systematic Bible studies, while others choose a discussion format centered on a current Christian book; still others alternate between the two, and some add service projects into the mix. Whatever the format, the glue that holds them together is prayer grounded in friendship.
